Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and hardworking Online Support Representative to join our team at Western Digital in San Antonio, Texas. As an Entry Level Online Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various online channels such as live chat, email, and social media.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through online channels- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to products or services- Provide product information and assist customers with placing orders- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the company's database- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues- Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:- 1 year of previous experience in customer service or a related field- Energetic and hardworking personality traits- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Negotiation skills to handle customer complaints and disputes effectively- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms- High school diploma or equivalent
