Job Description:
Texas Instruments is seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Support Officer to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate Level role, the Online Support Officer will be responsible for providing online support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media.2. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary.3. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.4. Process orders and returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.6. Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and procedures for online support.7. Use strategic planning and negotiation skills to address customer concerns and achieve resolution.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in online customer support or a related field.2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.4. Proficiency in using online support tools and platforms.5. Strategic planning and negotiation skills.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
