Job Description:
Alphabet is seeking a part-time Online Support Associate to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As an Online Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our online users. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping customers.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via email, chat, and phone.2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems effectively and efficiently.3. Educate customers on product features and provide guidance on using our online platform.4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate issues and provide timely solutions.5. Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation of interactions.6. Monitor online activity and report any technical issues or trends to the appropriate teams.7. Assist with testing new features and functionalities on our online platform.
Requirements:1. 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.2. Adaptable and passionate individual with excellent communication skills.3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.4. Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.5. High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
