Job Description:
Rockwell Automation is seeking a part-time Online Support Assistant to join our team in New York City, New York. As an Associate level position, the Online Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional online support to customers and clients, ensuring a seamless user experience on our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience and possess a driven and energetic personality.
Responsibilities:- Provide online support to customers and clients through various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our digital platforms- Assist with user account management and data entry tasks- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall online user experience- Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices- Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work- Assist in the development and implementation of new online support initiatives
Requirements:- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role- Driven and energetic personality with a passion for customer service- Strong research skills to stay informed on industry trends- Excellent time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks and priorities- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
