Job Description:

As an Online Social Media Manager at Humana in San Jose, California, you will be responsible for managing and executing the company's social media strategy across various platforms. You will be a crucial part of the marketing team, overseeing all online social media initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to the Humana website.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on social media platforms- Monitor, listen, and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms- Analyze social media data to track and report on key metrics, and optimize strategies accordingly- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing campaigns- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and incorporate them into strategies

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field- 4 years of experience in social media management- Confident and motivated individual with excellent communication and adaptability skills- Proven track record of managing social media campaigns and driving results- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting- Experience working with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles- Strong organizational and time management skills
