Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Murphy USA is seeking a driven and dedicated Online Operations Associate to join our team in San Francisco, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in online operations or a related field. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various online operations tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our online platform.

Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage online operations to ensure optimal performance and user experience- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues- Analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and recommendations for improvement- Implement and maintain best practices for online operations- Provide support and guidance to team members on operational processes and procedures- Assist in the development and implementation of new online initiatives- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field- Minimum of 4 years of experience in online operations or a related field- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online tools- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Experience with online marketing and e-commerce platforms is a plus
