Ashland is seeking a confident and resilient Online Operations Associate to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in online operations or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and optimize online operations for Ashland, including website maintenance, content management, and customer support.2. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement online campaigns and promotions.3. Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless online experience for customers.5. Assist in the development of online strategies to drive customer engagement and increase sales.6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online operations.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online analytics tools.5. Experience working with content management systems.6. Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.7.
