Online Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

A-Mark Precious Metals is seeking a motivated and independent Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team in San Jose, California. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. This part-time position requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers via live chat to answer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate information is being communicated to customers.- Utilize creativity and leadership skills to develop new strategies for improving the online chat experience.- Monitor chat logs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times.

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in customer service or online chat support.- Motivated and independent work ethic.- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.- Creativity and leadership qualities.- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and technology.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
