Alliance Data Systems is seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Live Chat Representative to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online live chat interactions.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to address their inquiries, issues, and provide assistance- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively to ensure a positive experience- Utilize project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously- Innovate and propose new ideas to improve the online chat experience for customers- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers- Meet performance targets for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction ratings
