Online Ela Teacher

Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging ELA instruction to students in an online setting, covering US primary school curriculum or public school language courses.
Cultivate a love for reading and writing among students through innovative and interactive teaching techniques.
Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their reading comprehension, writing abilities, and critical thinking skills.
Collaborate closely with fellow educators and staff members to ensure a cohesive and impactful learning environment for students.
Requirements:
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Demonstrate a minimum of two years of experience teaching ELA to primary or middle school students.
Proficiency in utilizing online teaching platforms.
Possess a valid state teaching certification specifically.
Familiarity with ELA basic genres and reading strategies.
Understanding of Common Core State Standards or systems is preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: A minimum of 8 hours per week

Experience: Three years of ELA teaching experience (Required)
