Job Description:
Citigroup is looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to Citigroup's website and digital platforms- Manage online advertising campaigns, including PPC, display advertising, social media ads, and email marketing- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, optimizing strategies for maximum ROI- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online marketing to identify opportunities for innovation and growth- Collaborate with internal and external partners to create engaging digital content, including videos, infographics, and interactive experiences- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media platforms and other digital channels- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies, vendors, and industry partners
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a financial services or related industry- Proven track record of successful online marketing campaigns and strategies- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools- Resilient and reliable, able to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities- Strong planning and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
