Job Description:

American Financial Group is seeking a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as an Online Customer Support Representative in San Diego, California. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for candidates with 1 year of experience who are looking to kickstart their career in customer support.

Responsibilities:1. Provide online customer support via email, chat, and social media platforms.2. Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and concerns.3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.4. Assist customers with account setup, billing inquiries, and general product information.5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.6. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve overall customer experience.7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.8. Work closely with the customer support team to meet performance goals and deliver exceptional service.

Requirements:1. 1 year of customer support or related experience.2. Resourceful and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Proficient in using online customer support tools and platforms.6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
