Job Description:

UGI is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Online Customer Success Specialist in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Online Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our online customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing top-notch customer support.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media- Proactively reach out to customers to address any issues or concerns- Provide product recommendations and assistance with online purchases- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues- Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement- Track and report on customer success metrics- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support

Requirements:- Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service- Strong research skills to stay informed on products and services- Leadership qualities to guide customers through the online experience- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
