Job Description:

Symantec, a leading cybersecurity company located in San Antonio, Texas, is seeking an Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via various online platforms, including email, chat, and social media- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product and service inquiries- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements:- Energetic and resourceful personality traits- Strong people management and adaptability soft skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in using online platforms and customer service software- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
