Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team at W.R. Berkley in New York City, New York. As a part-time Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with order placement, product information, and troubleshooting any issues- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed- Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the online customer experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in online customer service or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strategic planning skills to anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions- Presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
