Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team at L Brands in Austin, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service. The successful candidate will be driven, resilient, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to think critically in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and policies- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns- Troubleshoot technical issues with online orders and website navigation- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide feedback on improving customer experience- Maintain customer records and documentation accurately- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and KPIs

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in customer service- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills- Proficient in using online communication tools and CRM systems- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
