Job Description:

Global Partners is seeking a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Representative in our Indianapolis, Indiana office. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, chat, and social media platforms- Assist customers with order management, product inquiries, and troubleshooting any issues- Provide information about products, services, and promotions- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer service role- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude- Strong people management and project management skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software- High school diploma or equivalent
