Charter Communications is seeking a passionate and energetic Online Customer Service Associate to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone who has at least 4 years of experience in customer service and is dedicated to providing excellent support to our online customers.
Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via online chat, email, and social media platforms- Providing product information and troubleshooting technical issues- Processing orders and assisting with product returns- Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience- Tracking and reporting customer feedback and trends to improve our services
Requirements:- 4 years of customer service experience- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong project management skills- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks- Familiarity with online customer service platforms and systems- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
