Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media.2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing.3. Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.4. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3. Ability to work well in a team environment.4. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online customer care platforms.6. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.7. Must be reliable and able to work independently when needed.8. Passion for customer service and a desire to help others.
