NCR is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This entry-level position requires at least one year of experience in customer service. As an Online Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to online customers through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, chat, and social media- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers
Requirements:- Reliable and adaptable personality traits- Strong communication skills and customer service experience- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs- Strategic planning and adaptability soft skills- High school diploma or equivalent required
