Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Customer Care Manager to join our team at Dollar Tree in Austin, Texas. As the Online Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all customer service operations for our online platform. This is a full-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures for the online platform- Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and concerns- Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience- Analyze customer data and trends to make recommendations for improvement- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service

Requirements:- Passionate and hardworking individual with a strong dedication to customer service- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Innovative thinker with the ability to implement new ideas and strategies- Persuasive in influencing others and driving positive change- Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
