Job Description:

LifePoint Health is seeking a dedicated Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Online Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are resourceful, hardworking, and have a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:- Respond to online customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and any other questions or concerns they may have- Manage and maintain customer accounts and records- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for our customers- Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively- Excellent planning and organizational skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment- High school diploma or equivalent required
