Zimmer Biomet Holdings is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities:- Provide online customer support to clients via email, chat, and phone- Assist clients with product inquiries, orders, and troubleshooting- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Utilize negotiation skills to handle client requests and concerns effectively- Use creativity to find innovative solutions to client problems- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required- Must be dedicated and hardworking- Soft skills in negotiation and creativity are a plus
