Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through online platforms, including email, chat, and social media- Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner- Provide clients with accurate information about products, services, and policies- Assist clients with account management, order processing, and troubleshooting technical issues- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service across all channels- Monitor client interactions and feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Hardworking and reliable with a positive attitude- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and take initiative- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Leadership skills to guide clients through complex issues- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with online communication tools- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
