Job Description:

Pfizer, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a full-time Online Client Service Associate to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is reliable, confident, possesses strong critical thinking skills, and has the ability to persuade others.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional online client service through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone.2. Assist clients with product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution.3. Utilize critical thinking skills to identify and address client needs effectively.4. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.5. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client concerns in a timely manner.6. Stay informed about Pfizer products and services to provide accurate information to clients.7. Assist in processing orders and managing account information accurately.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service or customer service role.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively.5. Proven track record of persuading clients and resolving issues.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.8. Visa sponsorship, medical coverage, and gym membership are included benefits.
