Job Description:

Boeing is currently seeking an Online Client Service Associate to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Online Client Service Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients through various online platforms. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner through online channels such as email, chat, and social media.- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.- Assist clients with online account management, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating digital platforms.- Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and ensure a seamless online experience.- Provide product information, pricing, and support to clients in a clear and concise manner.- Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the client experience.- Keep accurate records of client interactions and communication for future reference.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.- 2+ years of experience in online client service or customer support.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and tools.- Driven and reliable with a strong work ethic.- Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.- Excellent time management and organizational skills.- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines consistently.
