Alliance Data Systems is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Specialist in San Francisco, California. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for applicants with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate for this role will be driven, energetic, persuasive, and creative.
Responsibilities:- Managing relationships with online clients and providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels- Understanding client needs and recommending appropriate products or services- Resolving client issues and escalating to the appropriate departments when necessary- Providing support and guidance to clients on using online platforms and tools- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for improving client relations and online experiences- Monitoring client feedback and trends to continuously improve services and processes- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field- Proven experience in online client relations or customer service- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
