Online Client Relations Representative

Responsibilities:- Interact with clients via online channels to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests- Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding products and services- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met- Assist in the development of online client resources and materials- Monitor client feedback and escalate issues as needed
