Job Description:
As an Online Client Relations Officer at DHL in Dallas, Texas, you will be responsible for managing online client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities:- Engage with clients through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media- Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients- Monitor client feedback and escalate issues as necessary- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations
Requirements:- Resilient and adaptable personality traits- Excellent communication and cooperation skills- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Experience with online marketing and social media platforms a plus
