Job Description:Laboratory Corp. of America (LabCorp) is seeking an energetic and independent Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This entry-level role is perfect for candidates with at least 1 year of experience who excel in planning, time management, and building relationships with clients. As an Online Client Relations Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients, managing client inquiries and concerns, and assisting in the implementation of client retention strategies.
Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner- Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services- Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system- Monitor online reviews and feedback to address any issues or concerns raised by clients- Coordinate with other departments to resolve client issues and provide solutions- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field- 1+ years of experience in online client relations or customer service- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Excellent planning and time management skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Energetic and positive attitude towards client interactions- Knowledge of online marketing and social media platforms is a plus
