Online Chat Support Manager

As the Online Chat Support Manager at AutoNation in Denver, Colorado, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of online chat representatives who provide customer support and assistance through various online platforms. This part-time position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of online chat representatives to meet performance goals and KPIs- Provide training, coaching, and guidance to team members to improve their chat support skills- Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and compliance with company policies- Analyze chat data and trends to make recommendations for process improvements- Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction- Develop and implement strategies to increase chat efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Resilient and resourceful personality traits- Experience in people management and persuasion- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities- Proficient in using chat support software and tools
