Job Description:
Realogy Holdings is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Chat Support Manager in our Dallas, Texas office. The Online Chat Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing our online chat support team to ensure a seamless and efficient customer service experience. This role requires someone who is resourceful, reliable, adaptable, and analytical, with at least 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of online chat support representatives to provide excellent customer service- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the online chat support process and improve overall customer satisfaction- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions- Train and onboard new team members to ensure a high level of proficiency in online chat support procedures- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to customer service- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide timely and effective resolutions- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat support to continuously improve operations
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred- 7+ years of experience in online chat support or customer service management- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention- Experience working in a global environment is a plus
