Job Description:
Boston Scientific is seeking an Online Chat Support Associate to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level position, the Online Chat Support Associate will be responsible for providing efficient and timely online chat support to our customers. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through online chat to address their inquiries, provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and assist with placing orders- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while working independently- Demonstrate confident communication skills to effectively interact with customers- Utilize time management and planning skills to prioritize and resolve customer issues in a timely manner- Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Utilize resources and tools provided to effectively assist customers and meet performance metrics
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role- Confident and independent personality traits- Strong time management and planning skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities- Proficiency in computer applications and online chat platforms- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
