Job Description:

Advance Auto Parts is looking for a dedicated and independent Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As a part-time Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service over the phone and through online chat.

Responsibilities:1. Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and orders via phone and online chat.2. Assist customers with product recommendations, troubleshooting, and order placement.3. Process returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.5. Conduct research to find solutions to customer inquiries and issues.6. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures.7. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or call center role.2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle difficult customers.4. Ability to work independently and take initiative in solving problems.5. Proficient in using customer service software and systems.6. Strong research skills to find information and solutions quickly.7. High school diploma or equivalent.
