Job Description:

As an Online Call Center Manager at PulteGroup in San Jose, California, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our virtual call center. This position is part-time and requires a mid-to-senior level of experience, with at least 6 years in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of adaptability and drive, as well as excellent strategic planning and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of online customer service representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction- Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and effectiveness- Monitor call center performance metrics and generate regular reports for management- Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- Proven experience as a call center manager or similar role- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and call center software- Experience with virtual call center technologies is a plus
