Overview:Consolidated Edison is currently seeking a motivated and hardworking Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority, the Online Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our online call center, ensuring customer service excellence and efficiency.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and supervise a team of online customer service representatives2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and customer satisfaction3. Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement4. Train and mentor call center staff to enhance their skills and knowledge5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery7. Maintain accurate records of call center activities and performance8. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, with at least 3 years in a managerial position3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills4. Strong organizational and planning abilities5. Proficiency in call center software and Microsoft Office suite6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team7. Experience in online customer service management is a plus
