Job Description:Dean Foods is seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as an Online Call Center Assistant in New York City, New York. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Responsibilities:- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner- Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product information- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner- Update customer information in the database- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes- Perform data entry tasks as needed
