Job Description:
Mercedes-Benz is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable Associate at our Charlotte, North Carolina location. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing online accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing and collections.
Responsibilities:- Monitor and reconcile online accounts receivable transactions- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and collection of funds- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with online accounts receivable- Prepare and analyze reports related to online accounts receivable performance- Implement innovative strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency- Manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively- Coordinate with external partners to facilitate online payments and collections- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the job- Adhere to deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field- Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field- Strong project management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Passion for delivering high-quality results- Drive for continuous improvement and innovation
