Onboarding Specialist - Part-Time

We have an outstanding contract position for an Onboarding Specialist to be our Designated Employer Representative for one of our programs in Tulsa, Ok. Pay Rate: $25.00  Position Description: In this capacity, the On-boarding Specialist will remain on stand-byand on-call status.
Get paid $200 a month to remain on-call, and an hourly pay of $25.00 for any hours worked when called to perform duties listed below:   
Perform a variety of administrative functions including preparing and maintaining on-boarding documents, spreadsheets, and files Oversees the new hire electronic on-boarding process, including timely submissions of the required I9/e-Verify for new hires.Handle additional related projects as assigned.Serve as a primary liaison between external clients and new associates.Be a resource throughout the on-boarding process.Basic Hiring Criteria: At least 2 years of administrative experience.High school diploma or equivalent.Desired Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and document editing.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet/database applications.Strong support background, tenacious follow-up, and is motivated by delivering high-quality results quickly.Great written and verbal communication skills.Must be web-savvy and have strong customer service skills.         Benefits offered to vary by the contract.
