Job summary
Yeo & Yeo Technology is seeking a full-time Office Operations Assistant.Responsible for maintaining vendor relationships, scheduling appointments, and assisting sales staff.Must have excellent communication skills and be highly dependable.

Responsibilities
• Help maintain vendor relationships, communication, certification, and competencies• Assist with scheduling appointments with vendors, clients, and prospects• Assist the sales staff with vendor communication, product updates, sales quotes, and proposal creation• Perform processing of purchase orders and vendor returns• General administrative tasks, including accounts receivable and accounts payable• Answer multi-line phone system
Requirements
• Highly dependable, efficient, resourceful, and detail-oriented• Experience in customer service and strong organizational skills• Excellent verbal, written and in-person communication skills• Ability to answer a computer-based multi-line phone system• Able to multitask and maintain accuracy• High school diploma• 2-3 years' previous job experience in an office setting preferred• General bookkeeping or accounting skills experience a plus• Knowledge of purchasing and information technology a plus• Excellent typing skills (50 wpm) and ten-key calculator skills• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Accounting Software
