Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant, you will oversee the daily operations of the office and provide administrative support to the team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our organization. Responsibilities and Duties: Read and route incoming e-mail. Oversee the maintenance of the office facility, including scheduling repairs and maintenance. Manage office supplies and inventory. Coordinate new hire computer access, name tags, door signage, keys and other technology services. Coordinate office moves, renovations, and other logistical projects. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements. Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails and messages. Take minutes during meetings and distribute to relevant parties. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors. Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Manage office technology, including hardware, software, and IT support. Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases. Perform other administrative tasks as required. Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices. Perform other duties as assigned. Accountability: Center Point DAAC conducts quarterly job performance reviews to certain compliance with established policies and procedures. The employee must maintain the following standards. Additional goals will be set accordingly by the supervisor. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Lines of Communication: Reports to: Regional Director It is the responsability of each employee to become familiar with the Agency's organizational Chart. Employees may receive directions from any supervisor within the Agency. Work Remotely: No. Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour. [varies according to candidate's experience and credentials]. Job type: Full-time. Number of openings for this position: 1. Schedule: 8-hour shift.
