The Employment Development Department (EDD), Document Management Division is searching for a motivated, skilled, and challenge-seeking individual with excellent customer service and problem solving skills who is innovative and interested in working with an exciting team of professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I, the incumbent performs a variety of support functions for the Publishing, Printing and Distribution Section (PPDS) under the Office of Documents, Publications, and Distribution (ODPD). PPDS consists of various areas responsible for the management, translation, document design and reproduction of EDD forms, notices and publications, and the EDD warehousing and distribution operations.
The incumbent serves as the main lobby receptionist for the Publication Center and is expected to practice high quality customer service, and become familiar with the Section functions, processes and Department printing policies to provide accurate information and assistance to customers contacting the PPDS for services. This position also serves as the back up to the Attendance Clerk, as needed.

The primary work site for this position is conveniently located in Natomas while offering free parking and a variety of nearby restaurants.
