Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients' abilities and develop personalized intervention plans to enable daily living and work skills. Use therapeutic techniques to improve patients' ability to perform tasks in their daily living and working environments. Adapt living environments to patients' needs and advise on home and workplace environmental alterations. Assess and record patients' progress, modifying treatment plans as needed. Consult with other healthcare professionals to provide a collaborative approach to patient care. Provide guidance and education to patients' family members and caregivers. Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Current state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist. Experience in a clinical occupational therapy setting is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Dedication to patient-centered care and a holistic therapeutic approach.
