Jim Coleman Infiniti/ Nissan is currently looking to hire additional Finance Managers to join our team! Jim Coleman Automotive is a 3rd generation family-owned dealership founded in 1968. The Coleman family has been selling and servicing cars in the Washington-Metropolitan, and Bethesda areas since the 1950s. Automotive Finance Manager Qualifications · 1 Year Dealership Experience
· 1 Year Sales Experience
· Structuring deals and closing product sales
· Monitor the F&I sales process with the goal of maximizing profitability
· Must be experienced in ERA-Ignite, Dealertrack, menu presentation/setups (prefer someone with Nissan experience)
· Assist in presenting service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary products
· Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process while maintaining strong relationships with prime and subprime lenders
· Accurately prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork and submit to the accounting department in a timely manner
· Establish and maintain monthly forecasted income, penetration levels, and customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores
· Generate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports
