Employment Opportunity:Night Auditor position 3rd shiftfrom 11PM to 7 AM.Job duties including:Understanding the best practices of customer serviceWelcome and greet guests in a professional manner and provide attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during their stay.Register guests, assign rooms, offer and properly handle guest's requests including wake up calls promptlyProcess credit card transactions according to established policies and proceduresThorough understanding of the property management system, all shift reports and perform the audit functionResolves and manages customer situations with a high level of professionalismMaintain an organized and clean work areaTours the property to ensure safety and security of all associates and guestsHotel experience a plus, but will train the right candidatePlease email your resume to
