This position reports to the Senior Construction Manager.Responsibilities:Contract administration: manage submittals, RFIs, contractor payment applications, and punchlistsConduct meetings and prepare meeting minutesAssist with field planning and oversightCost trackingUse of web based systems such as eBuilder and FieldMapsHelp resolve construction issuesQualifications:A recent or soon to be graduated with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldIn good academic standingExtracurricular involvement, enthusiastic and ambitiousSelf-motivated with good organizational capabilityExcellent verbal and written communicationDemonstrated teamwork skillsProficiency in Microsoft ExcelRequirements for all sectors:To live our manifesto.
