Provides and documents direct treatment and management of health conditions. Provides counseling and education of patients and their families/caregivers concerning preventative health, treatment options and community resources. Requirements Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
Nurse Practitioner with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing. For incumbents working in Kansas-based facilities, licensure through the Kansas Board of Nursing will be required.
Preferred Credential(s):
Drug Enforcement Admin.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
Education:
Master's degree of Nursing required.
