The is a customer and vendor facing managed services support position. Responsibilities include working directly with the customer on application design discussions, providing recommendations for changes, and coordinating the implementation of changes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
Work with OCS on application design elements
Work with Verint Client in implementing changes
Liaison between OCS and Verint Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree and/or experience in a related field.
Qualifications: 5-8 years' experience in application design of Enterprise Verint WFO/WFM solutions Verint Certification in application design Knowledge of Verint integration with Avaya Aura Contact Center (AACC) Excellent communication skills Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite and Collaboration tools Must be able to obtain Public Trust Level 1 clearance.
