Job Title: NetSuite Administrator
Location: Onsite Las Vegas Day 1
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Position Summary
The NetSuite Administrator position is onsite at our corporate office in fabulous Las Vegas NV. This role will be responsible for configuring and maintaining NetSuite for Credit One Bank. The NetSuite Administrator will collaborate with team members across all business functions and external development teams to perform customizations resolve user issues as well as define processes within NetSuite
Summary of Essential Job Functions
Liaison with different departments and multiple business disciplines.
Create relevant reports and KPIs with high performing NetSuite Dashboards
Develop reporting and maintain existing report designs in NetSuite and NSPB
Meet business needs in configurations and customizations with NetSuite.
Oversee NetSuite integration implementation and testing.
Support data import process and migration issues with all NetSuite updates.
Create custom record types fields forms roles and permissions on page layouts searches and reports within NetSuite.
Develop and conduct training sessions across departments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
Having a strong understanding of Oracle NetSuite administration and development.
Resolves system issues administer user accounts and permissions.
Specializes in NetSuite ERP with prior experience with NetSuite: NSPB SmartView Inventory Accounts Payable Financial Statement Reporting ODBC Analytics Fixed Assets Banking Procurement Inventory Prepaid Contracts Scripting JavaScript Workflows.
Handles all future implementations including Expense Reporting NetGain and A/P Automation.
Maintain ongoing system updates and technical support for NetSuite System.
Support data import process and migration and actively promotes and leads utilization of system capabilities.
Fully efficient in NetSuite custom record types fields forms roles and permissions page layouts customized saved searches reports alerts imports.
Provide strong critical thinking skills and analytical thinking.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills with exceptional communication skills.
Qualification
NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred.
Bachelors degree or equivalent of 3 years of direct experience with NetSuite customizations and data migration.
