Job Overview: We are looking for an inspired technical lead with a background in development of cloud-native web applications leveraging technologies including C#, Angular, JS, jQuery, and MS SQL Server. The candidate will be guiding a high velocity, multi-functional development team focused on critical order entry platforms. Activities will include daily oversight of development, coding, work planning, conceptual designs, and working with Product and QE teams to create, test, and deploy solutions. The role will require flexible thinking as the team works to integrate existing business and technology concepts in a fast moving team.
Responsibilities: Oversee and participate in activities which drive the design and development of high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance, using C#, .NET 6 or higher, Angular, jQuery, MS SQL Server 2012 or higher Work with Product Owners and Product Managers to translate business problem statements into technical solutions, then help to plan sprints that deliver quality demonstrations. Assist in technical assessment of risks and issues, and document recommendations Coordinate solution design with leaders from Architecture, Data, Infrastructure, and Business to optimize speed to market and achieve prioritized business outcomes. Once production build commences, coach the team in developing appropriate technical documentation in accordance with SDLC guidelines Communicate with technical and non-technical groups on a regular basis as part of product support Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
4+ Years of demonstrated development technical leadership
3+ years of AWS experience, AWS (container and sever-less), and/or front-end technologies including CSS, Semantic HTML and Responsive Design.
8+ Years of experience within a combination of .NET, Angular and JavaScript, SQL Server (or other RDBMS)
Excellent knowledge of OOP concepts, data modeling design patterns/frameworks. Knowledge in designing, refactoring, and unit testing
Git or Visual Studio
Experience with Waterfall and Agile development process
Core Competencies: Excellent Communication and Coaching skills with demonstrated capacity to build consensus and empower developers to achieve independently.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to facilitate, influence and manage change to deliver solutions
Preferences: Experience migrating applications from on-prem to AWS environments
Pay Range:
$133,440-$200,160/year Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
